Triple Berry Crumble

Ingredients
 

For the filling:

  • 8 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 Tablespoon all-purpose flour or corn starch
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the crumble topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat to 375°F. Grease a 9”×13” inch baking dish with butter on all sides. Toss the frozen berries, sugar, flour, lemon juice and vanilla together. Pour into the baking dish.
  • Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon and salt. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla until the mixture forms chunky crumbs. Sprinkle over the baking dish.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes until the berries are bubbling around the edges and the topping is golden brown. Best served warm with ice cream.
