1cupheavy cream (or substitute with 1/2 cup broth)
4ounces/ 1 can mild green chilis
1largeyellow onion, diced
2Tablespoonsbutter
1/2 cupcheddar cheese
1/2cupmozzarella cheese
1Tablespoonranch seasoning
For garnish:
1jalapeno, sliced

Instructions
Prep the chicken
Cut chicken into small bite size pieces.
To a medium heat skillet, add chicken and seasonings. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Add onions and cook 1-2 minutes until soft and translucent.
Make the sauce
Add cream cheese, jalapenos, green chilis, shredded cheeses and heavy cream. Stir until melted. Simmer for 15-18 minutes until smooth, thickened and combined. You may substitute heavy cream for 1/2 cup broth and 1/2 cup heavy cream. You will need to simmer longer to thicken the sauce.
Serve & enjoy
In a skillet over medium heat, fry bacon until crispy. Slice jalapeno into thin pieces. Keep seeds for extra heat or remove for mild spice.
