Instructions
Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Prepare the dish
Remove the Boursin cheese from it's box and place in the center of a 9"x13" baking dish. Add the uncooked orzo, minced garlic, seasonings and broth to the dish.Note: There is added salt in broths and cheeses. Adjust salt levels to this dish at the end.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed. Depending on the strength of your oven and size of baking dish, you may need to adjust bake time and add 10-15 minutes.
Once most of the liquid is absorbed, stir in parmesan, heavy cream and fresh spinach. Taste and adjust salt levels per preference. Best served fresh and warm.
