Instructions
Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Prepare the dish
Remove the goat cheese and Boursin cheese from it's package and place in the center of an oven safe baking dish. Add the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic and seasonings to the dish. Drizzle the cheeses and tomatoes with olive oil.
1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs, 5 ounces goat cheese, 20 ounces cherry or grape tomatoes, 6 garlic cloves, minced, 1 teaspoon onion salt, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, pinch of crushed red pepper
Bake
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes until the tomatoes are burst and juicy. Depending on the strength of your oven, you may need to adjust bake time and add 10-15 minutes. Once the tomatoes are roasted and cheese is softened, stir in fresh basil. Serve with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
