  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon molasses

Instructions
 

  • Pour sugar and molasses into a stand mixer.
    1 cup granulated sugar, 1 Tablespoon molasses
  • Use the paddle attachment and mix on medium-low speed until the molasse is combined with the sugar and the color changes to caramel brown.
  • Use your fingers to work in any small balls of molasses, breaking it apart into the sugar. Store in an airtight container.
